A Reiki Session
The option of lying on a massage table, or seated in a comfortable chair fully clothed, the practitioner will transfer energy through the palm of the hands as a light touch or placing the hands just above the body. Heat, coolness or tingling may be felt, as well as a sense of relaxation.
What is Reiki?

Reiki originated in the East and was used by for thousands of years by ancient cultures, has proven to be a popular approach to healing. In the 1800s Mikao Usui in Japan rediscovered Reiki and was brought to the western world in the early 1900s.
