Payment Policy

Full payment will be due prior to the commencement date of any workshop or any bookings made on treatments.
If full payment of fees is not received by the commencement date of the workshop, the participants place may be offered to someone else.

Refund Policy
Should a workshop or any bookings made need to be cancelled by the practitioner, the client will be notified as soon as possible and any monies paid will be refunded in full.
If the client withdraws prior to the workshop they will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

Certificate Re-Issue Fee
If a participant needs another copy of their certificate, please email:
channelcounselling@gmail.com with your request and include your course and training dates.  There is a $20 reprinting fee which includes postage.
 

Cancellation Policy
If an appointment needs to be cancelled by the client, 24 hours’ notice is required. The appointment will be re-scheduled for another suitable time.

Code of Conduct
No drugs, alcohol and cigarettes are not acceptable on the premises.
We value cleanliness so we ask that we show each other respect by maintaining cleanliness at all times, personal hygiene as well as for our guest accommodation. COVID-19 Protocols 2021
In-line with COVID-19 requirements, we have adopted appropriate protocols.

Workshop will be held in a small group environment (maximum of four participants) to comply with COVID-19 requirements.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform.  Wix.com provides
us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.  Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store
your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
6. We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect
fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or
questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise
necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable
national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.  For these
purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
