Terms &Conditions
Payment Policy
Full payment will be due prior to the commencement date of any workshop or any bookings made on treatments.
If full payment of fees is not received by the commencement date of the workshop, the participants place may be offered to someone else.
Refund Policy
Should a workshop or any bookings made need to be cancelled by the practitioner, the client will be notified as soon as possible and any monies paid will be refunded in full.
If the client withdraws prior to the workshop they will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
Certificate Re-Issue Fee
If a participant needs another copy of their certificate, please email:
channelcounselling@gmail.com with your request and include your course and training dates. There is a $20 reprinting fee which includes postage.
Cancellation Policy
If an appointment needs to be cancelled by the client, 24 hours’ notice is required. The appointment will be re-scheduled for another suitable time.
Code of Conduct
No drugs, alcohol and cigarettes are not acceptable on the premises.
We value cleanliness so we ask that we show each other respect by maintaining cleanliness at all times, personal hygiene as well as for our guest accommodation. Please feel free to listen to music but be mindful of appropriate noise levels. For more details click this link to read our Code of Conduct document.
COVID-19 Protocols 2021
In-line with COVID-19 requirements, we have adopted appropriate protocols.
Workshop will be held in a small group environment (maximum of four participants) to comply with COVID-19 requirements.
