Reflexology
Reflexology is a gentle healing therapy where glands, organs, and parts of the body are reflected on specific areas on the hands and feet. When a part of your body is unbalanced or diseased, crystalline or granular deposits build-up at the corresponding reflex point. Gently releasing these sends energy flowing through the body bringing balance and deep relaxation allowing the body to heal.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is an ancient practice dating back to Egyptian times
but Dr William H. Fitzgerald, an American ear, nose, and throat specialist, was the pioneer for modern reflexology as we know it today. Many practitioners, including Eunice Ingham, a physiotherapist further modified and develop the technique.
